Despite the fact that there are a number of tertiary educational institutions all over the island, the demands for higher education in our country has always been on the increase due to public literacy advancement, especially in Norther and Eastern Provinces. This is because the rush for the acquisition of knowledge in various disciplines is expected to continue, at least, in the next foreseeable future. In addition, A majority count of people who are expecting to attain a proper higher education from different parts of the country are always in search of Standardized Educational Institutions in order to foster higher-educational cooperation. However, in spite of this trend in the educational sector, majority of the existing Institutions are more or less situated in capital and/or primary cities to the detriment of the developmental plans for the developing areas. This phenomenon has in turn led the search towards International College of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd.
